Overview
What is a Custom Call ID?
By default, SecureCall assigns a random alphanumeric ID to each device (e.g., android-bc2b28d9). With a Custom Call ID, you choose your own identity — a short, memorable name that others can dial directly.
- Your identity: Replace your random ID with something personal (e.g.,
marco,ghost,viper) - Premium only: Custom IDs are exclusively available to Premium users
- Password protected: Your ID is secured by a password you choose at purchase
- One device at a time: Your ID is active on exactly one device. Transfer it anytime using your password
- Lifetime ownership: Once purchased, your ID is yours forever (bound to your password)

Allowed characters: Lowercase letters (a–z), digits (0–9), and hyphens (-). Must start and end with a letter or digit.
How It Works
Step-by-Step
- Choose your ID — Enter your desired ID in the generator below. The system checks availability and shows the price in real time.
- Set a password — Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters). This password is your only way to transfer or recover the ID.
- Pay via Stripe — Complete the one-time payment securely through Stripe (card, Klarna, SEPA).
- Scan the QR code — After payment, a QR code appears containing your activation deep link.
- Open with SecureCall — Scan the QR code with your device camera or tap it on mobile. SecureCall activates your Custom ID instantly.
Device migration: To move your ID to a new device, enter your ID + password on the new device. The old device is automatically deactivated.

Technical Details
After payment, a signed deep link is generated:
securecall://custom-id?id=marco&token=SIGNED_TOKENThe token is a server-signed JWT that proves the purchase. The SecureCall app validates this token, then activates the Custom ID on your device.
Important Notes
Terms & Conditions
- Password lost = ID lost. We cannot recover your password or transfer your ID without it. There is no support for forgotten passwords.
- No refunds after activation. Once your Custom ID is activated on a device, the purchase is final.
- IDs are bound to passwords, not persons. Anyone with the password can transfer the ID to their device.
- Premium required. Custom IDs only work on devices with an active Premium subscription or lifetime license.
- Offensive IDs may be removed without refund at our discretion.
