SecureCall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vendetta Labs makes no warranties regarding reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

SecureCall depends on third-party infrastructure including but not limited to:

• Railway.app signaling servers
• Metered.ca TURN relay servers
• Google Firebase (FCM push notifications)
• Ethereum network (IFR Token verification)
• WalletConnect relay servers

Service interruptions, maintenance, or third-party outages may affect app functionality. Vendetta Labs is not liable for any interruption of service.

Device Compatibility

SecureCall is designed for Android devices running Android 7.0 (API 24) or higher. Functionality may vary depending on:

• Device manufacturer customizations (Samsung Knox, MIUI, etc.)
• Android version and security patch level
• Device-specific battery optimization settings
• User-configured permissions (microphone, notifications, etc.)
• Network configuration and firewall settings
• VPN or proxy settings on the device or network

Vendetta Labs does not guarantee identical functionality across all Android devices and configurations.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Granting required permissions (microphone, notifications)
• Maintaining adequate network connectivity
• Keeping the app updated to the latest version
• Ensuring device compatibility before purchase
• Compliance with local laws regarding encrypted communications

Encryption & Security

While SecureCall implements industry-standard encryption (X25519, DTLS-SRTP, ChaCha20-Poly1305), no encryption system is 100% guaranteed to be unbreakable. Vendetta Labs:

• Does not guarantee absolute security against all attack vectors
• Is not liable for security breaches caused by compromised devices
• Is not liable for user error or misconfiguration
• Cannot guarantee security if the device OS is compromised

WireGuard VPN

The built-in WireGuard VPN feature requires user configuration. Vendetta Labs does not provide VPN server infrastructure. Users must configure their own WireGuard endpoints. Functionality depends on user-provided server configuration.

IFR Token & Blockchain

IFR token integration depends on Ethereum network availability, smart contract functionality, and user's wallet configuration. Token values and availability are subject to market conditions outside Vendetta Labs' control. Vendetta Labs is not liable for any financial loss related to IFR token transactions.

Emergency Broadcast System

The Emergency Broadcast System is a best-effort service. Delivery depends on active internet connection, FCM push notification availability, and device notification settings. Vendetta Labs does not guarantee delivery of emergency broadcasts and is not liable for failure to receive alerts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vendetta Labs shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from device malfunction or misconfiguration
• Damages resulting from third-party service outages
• Any claims arising from use or inability to use the app

Refund Policy

In-app purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Activation codes are non-refundable once delivered. IFR token locks are subject to the Inferno Protocol smart contract terms.

Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.

Changes

Vendetta Labs reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of SecureCall constitutes acceptance of the current disclaimer.
